- Embroidery Details: Embroidery stitches cannot be smaller than 0.05″. If your artwork contains details smaller than our standard, we will need to simplify them to ensure a high-quality result.
- File Format: Submit your design as a high resolution PNG with a minimum resolution of 1200 x 1200 pixels @300 dpi. All colors in your design including a white background will be embroidered, if you prefer a transparent background, make it transparent.
- Fonts: Use fonts that are larger than 0.5″ in height for upper case letters and 0.25″ in height for lower case letters.
- Shapes & Effects: Use solid shapes, avoid photographic images and gradients.
- Colors: Use any of available 15 colors, the closest approximate color(s) will be swapped to an available one if anything outside of the available are used.
